We are the fifth generation of family run-business dedicated to the manufacture of first quality Iberian products, located in the heart of the “Dehesa Extremeña”. We work immediately with customer, no intermediaries are involved; thus, we get the best prices for our customers.

      Our main aim is that our products enjoy for what they are: delicacies that come out of a selection from the purity of a race, which is the exceptional unrepeatable quality of the Iberian pig.

      Pigs are fed on acorns in semi-wild state, in such unique natural environment in the world due to its ecological value known as “Dehesa” (Pastures) ecosystem.

      From the best raw material together with a superb weather conditions and plus the excellent environment that progress and technology puts us at our disposal, we get some products that are cured in a drying craft and natural cellars where the rush is forgotten and time stands still.
